Dental Plans

The following Dental Plan options are provided by the Tuality Healthcare Benefits program and are administered by ODS. The information provided here is only a summary and remains in effect through December 31, 2007. Please refer to your dental benefit booklet for details on your dental plan coverage's or contact ODS directly.

Under both plans, you may be subject to additional fees if services are received from non ODS participating dental providers.

Waiving coverage. You may waive dental coverage for you and/or your dependents. However, you will need to have a routine exam with x-rays and have any needed corrections done before being able to enroll for these benefits at a future time.
