Under both plans, you may be subject to additional fees if services are received from non ODS participating dental providers.

Waiving coverage. You may waive dental coverage for you and/or your dependents.  However, you will need to have a routine exam with x-rays and have any needed corrections done before being able to enroll for these benefits at a future time.
